Much like the Wes Craven adapted DC comics character, this “swamp thing” keeps itself well hidden deep within the wet eastern woodlands. With its longer than average legs, the swamp sparrow is able to wade through shallow waters and will occasionally duck under to try and grab small water invertebrates.
They also have been known to have a “Craven” (Bah-dump-ump) for a fairly large range of fruits, millet and sunflower.
